Cathy Lawson is the life/dream coach at Life Sculpting. Cathy works with you to help you create the life you want. Effective Communication
Communication is a critical element of a joyful life. So many of life's mis-understandings and traumas occur becasue we have not fully communicated our message, intention and purpose with clarity and love. Communication skills are an integral part of all the programs we offer at Life Sculpting, including specific programs for the professional who wants to improve his/her communication style to excel in the workplace. Because we believe communication is so essential, we have a licensed speech and language pathologist on staff to treat any speech and language related problem that you, your child or a family member may be experiencing.
Speech and language pathology services and therapy include but are not limited to:
Speech and language problems associated with developmental disorders such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome
Articulation delays or disorders such as lisp or stutter
Expressive and receptive language delays
Speech and laguage issues occurring after trauma such as stroke or brain injury
Voice disorders
Speech and language problems due to aging such as dementia and hearing loss
Oral motor and feeding issues
Judy Abraham has extensive experience in pediatric therapy and has worked with children from birth to age 18. In addition she has experience with oral motor and feeding therapy. She has done work with accent reduction with clients of many different cultures and language backgrounds. An initial session may require as long as 1.5 hours so a formal evaluation can be performed. Guided Meditation
A key part of a life filled with balance and joy is regular meditation, quieting the mind and going within. With guided meditation you are able to let go and allow the facilitator to lead the journey. Studies show that daily meditation has many health benefits including improved respiration and circulation, improved cognitive ability, lower stress levels and lower blood pressure.
Life Sculpting offers guided meditation sessions which are 30 minutes in length. Check the calendar for the dates and times of group meditation. Group meditation sessions are $12. Please call in advance to reserve your spot in the session you wish to attend. Private guided meditation sessions are available for $30. If you are looking for a specific approach, intention or personal instruction in meditation techniques, a private session is ideal for you. Soul Journey
Do you ever wonder what your soul or life purpose is? This guided imagery session is degined to help you discover your soul and learn more about your unique life purpose. This is scheduled as a private session. $30 for a 30 minute session or $60 for an hour session. Call to schedule your journey.
Card Reading
Card readings are for those who are seeking clarity, insight and inspiration regarding a specific aspect of their life. Card readings last 30 minutes and are $30. Call to reserve your preferred date and time.
Treasure Hunt Parties
Want to get some fun back into your life? We've got just the answer...a treasure hunt party! Our treasure hunt parties include anywhere from 10-30 people formed into 2 or more teams. Each team gets the same set of clues to solve taking them on a walking tour of a specific location in the Phoenix area. The first team to successfully solve all the clues and find the end point of the Treasure Hunt will be declared the winner and will have bragging rights for many years to come.
