Owner and founder Cathy Lawson brings more than 22 years of corporate and industrial experience to Life Sculpting. Cathy has a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a professional certificate in Life Coaching from Coach University. Cathy has spent the majority of her career bringing change, continuous improvement and transformation into the workplace.
She realized the enormous need everyone has for guidance, tools and support when dealing with change, so she created Life Sculpting. Her focus is making the change process holistic, practical and fun for her clients.

Judy Grey, LPC, REAT
The creative expression program at Life Sculpting is facilitated and directed by Judy Grey, a Registered Expressive Art Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience counseling, training, and supervising others in the art of discovering their masterpieces within.
The expressive arts are movement, drawing, painting, sculpting, music, sound, writing, poetry, imagery, meditation and improvisational drama. Expressive arts therapy attends to the creative process rather than the product created. It is through the creative process that we become informed, find insight and further our growth and development.

Laura Weeshoff, NMD
As the Wellness Director at Life Sculpting and a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor, Dr. Weeshoff helps people reach their health goals using natural and non-invasive therapies.
Dr. Weeshoff graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine where her training included acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, pharmacotherapy and IV therapy. She has completed additional training in environmental detoxification, women’s medicine and natural hormone replacement therapy. She utilizes traditional labs, urinary and salivary hormones, food allergies, heavy metal and essential mineral panels to assess your health needs.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Minor in Religion from Duke University, she pursued research on the effects of prayer, touch and music on patients undergoing surgical procedures. Her research in alternative medicine and biochemistry give her a holistic yet scientific approach to helping others attain wellness.
Dr. Weeshoff is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the American College for the Advancement of Medicine and the Arizona Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Judy Abraham, MS, CCC-SLP
Judy Abraham is the Communications Specialist at Life Sculpting. She directs and facilitates the Celebration of Families program. Judy is a speech pathologist, teacher, and mother of 3. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and is ESL (English as a 2nd Language) endorsed. Judy taught a Kindergarten/1st grade combination class in the Phoenix Elementary School District for 2 years. She earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders and completed her clinical fellowship at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Children’s Rehabilitation Services in Phoenix, AZ. Judy worked as a speech pathologist for 7 years, helping families and their children with special needs. For the last 2 years she has been a full-time parent to her three daughters.

JoAnn Cessna
JoAnn Cessna has over 20 years of experience in logistics, event planning, customer service, and office management. She most recently held the position of Executive Assistant at General Dynamics where she organized various events along with running an office with over 200 employees. Because of her reputation for excellence, originality, and attention to detail, JoAnn was the perfect choice to manage business operations and provide customer service for Life Sculpting. She is available on-site for registration, customer service, office management and to provide smooth execution of all of your needs. JoAnn's focus is to help make your experience with Life Sculpting a truly rewarding one.
